- Ricky Edward Bagolie represents clients on a wide range of personal injury litigation matters in the areas of workers' compensation, workplace and railroad injury (FELA), toxic exposures and wrongful death litigation as well as nursing home neglect. I was admitted to the New Jersey and Florida Bars in 1994 after having graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts (B.S. magna cum laude, 1989) and Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey (J.D., 1993). I also attended the Tel Aviv School of Law in Israel. I am a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America - NJ, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's Nursing Home Neglect and Firefighter's Hearing Loss Litigation Groups as well as the Workplace and Railroad Injury Sections. Active in my home-town community of Clifton, New Jersey, I am president of the Passaic-Clifton Chapter of UNICO National, a trustee of the Passaic County 200 Club and an associate member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 46.
